A Bright Weekend of Connections and Community
We recently particiated in one of Loudoun’s County’s most beloved spring traditions — the 2025 Leesburg Flower & Garden Festival. Despite a rainy start on Saturday morning, the skies soon cleared, and downtown Leesburg buzzed with enery as local homeowners, garden enthusiasts, and families turned ou in full force.
We were thrilled to showcase our custom outdoor lighting designs to so many members of the community, and to meet people who are just as passionate about transforming their outdoor spaces as we are.
A Weekend Full of Highlights
Our booth attracted a steady flow of visitors throughout the weekend. Many simply stopped by to admire the displays and ask questions about landscape lighting and architectural lighting options, and we loved discussing the possibilities. Some visitors had heard of us already, which always makes us happy.
One particularly exciting moment came when a homeowner stopped by specifically because he recognized us from a recent Nick Lutkins real estate email blast. He mentioned saving the email with the intention to reach out—and now we’re scheduled for an on-site consultation in just a couple of weeks! It was a great reminder that personal recommendations and trusted local connections can make all the difference. In a community like ours, word of mouth and reputation go a long way—and we’re grateful to have advocates who believe in the work we do.
We also handed out dozens of brochures and saw nearly 50 visitors take information proactively, which is a huge win in building local brand awareness. While encouraging attendees to scan QR codes in the moment proved tricky, the number of homeowners who expressed genuine interest was inspiring.
A Powerful Connection for the Future
Another standout interaction? We spoke with the General Manager of a large HOA community who expressed a desire to move away from the trend of permanent roof lighting and color-changing systems, which aligns with our own beliefs about timeless, elegant lighting design. He’s even mentioned including us in upcoming policy-setting discussions and quote requests for the community's shared spaces. We’re honored and excited to see where that relationship goes.
Why Local Events Matter
This event wasn’t just about sales—it was about making connections, building trust, and continuing to grow our presence across Loudoun and Fairfax Counties. Festivals like this one are a fantastic way for homeowners to discover local services that match their standards for quality, customization, and care.
Even those who don’t reach out immediately often keep our materials and reach out months later. So, we’ll be looking forward to seeing how many springtime conversations turn into fall installations!
